Bio

Good day, I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and to tell you about my practice. I am a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. I did my residency at a great Family Practice Program in Riverside, California and am very happy with this field because I delight in seeing patients of all ages (newborns, kids and adults). I provide preventive care and women's health, as well as the treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and I love helping people directly through Medicine. A Family Physician like me can take care of all age groups, can better understand the needs of the family as well as the individual, and can offer care to the whole family.

I sought out Medicine as the best way to achieve my goals and am enjoying pursuing what I had envisioned. I earnestly strive to be good to my family, friends, colleagues, and patients, and base my life on honesty, love, kindness, and tolerance.

I love working for Kaiser Permanente. It is a fantastic organization and takes great care of its patients. Being a part of Kaiser Permanente allows me access to numerous sub-specialists and resources which enhance Health-care for my patients. All of these resources are either a phone call or an email away.

I feel fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente with all my wonderful colleagues and its members. I look forward to working with you caring for your health.

My wonderful husband works in Information Technology and loves his field. He is a great person, husband and father.

I love my family, and I get actively involved in their lives, but in a good way - to reinforce good values. I have two kids - a four year old boy and a ten month old daughter.

An adventure I've had:

When not at the office, my husband and I spend time with our children. To achieve balance between the physical and inner aspect of life, I try to take some time out with family on a regular basis over the weekends and evenings. We visit parks and the outdoors and that helps me to reduce the mental stress of my daily work.
