BioMy practice philosophy is to deliver the best medical care possible for all of my patients. The Family Physician can provide definitive care for most of the medical problems which arise and while serving as the primary Physician, can integrate the Specialist's expertise into the care of the patient. Once I was climbing Mt. Ranier with a number of friends. The weather turned very bad and the group got separated. Half of the group had to hold up in a shelter and we were on pins and needles for awhile. It was a happy ending when everyone made it out alive. There's no substitute for local knowledge of the terrain. Currently reading: My favorite book or author: Great movie: |

People in my life:My wife recently retired from her profession as a French Teacher. She now delights herself in being a full-time Grandmother. My children and people I care about:My wife and I have a son who is a carpenter and a daughter who is an Elementary School Teacher at Jose Ortega in San Francisco. An interesting story about my family or friends:One of the things we did as a family was to camp. On one trip when our daughter was 7 years old, we unpacked at our intended campsite and turned around to find that our daughter had completely assembled our tent by herself. She became the Official Tent assembly person from that point forward. |

An adventure I've had:My wife and I have had many exciting travel adventures. One time my wife won a trip to Rome. We went there Mid-Winter and had a magical experience. We were awestruck by sights of beauty and antiquity revealing the heart of Western Civilization. Favorite place in the world:My favorite place in the whole world is probably Castallina in Chianti, Tuscany, Italy. It is a beautifully preserved Medieval village with beautiful, peaceful country views and wonderful weather. One of my recent trips:Recently, we traveled to Washington D.C. and were captivated by the history found at the Smithsonian Museums. I was especially interested in the original plane of the Wright Brothers and the space capsule of the Apollo 11. |
