Mommy And Me

Join us for weekly, 1-hour drop-in groups for mothers and their babies (birth to 12 months). Exchange information in a supportive environment and discuss topics such as breastfeeding, infant health and safety, responding to your baby’s cues, sleeping, and returning to work. A pediatric nurse or health educator facilitates each group. For babies from birth to 6 months, the group is held every Wednesday from 11AM - 12PM. For babies 6 to 12 months, the group is held every Thursday from 11AM - 12PM. There is no preregistration or fee required. Open to Kaiser Permanente members and to those delivering their babies or receiving clinical/surgical care at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center. Location: Stein Medical Offices, MOB 4
