Helping Overweight Members Exercise

Successful weight loss requires more than just cutting calories. In this eight-session, 1-hour, weekly program, our physical therapy staff will help you develop an exercise program that is right for you. You will learn stretching techniques, core strengthening, and toning exercises for arms and legs. You can also explore cardio exercise options in our gym. Most of these exercises can easily be continued at home. Small class size will allow for close guidance. To participate in this class, your BMI (body-mass index) should fall between 35 and 45, inclusively, and you must have enough mobility to move without assistance from the staff.
