Healthy Weight Online Class

The Healthy Weight online classes are designed to help you adopt healthier lifestyle habits. Each class is 2 hours a week for 10 weeks. Discussion topics include:
What to eat for weight loss
How to make healthy eating easier
Getting and staying motivated to exercise
Positive thinking and envisioning success.
A skilled facilitator will lead the group discussion. All you need is a phone and a computer with internet access.
