Bio I grew up in California but spent several years in the Midwest completing my medical training. I am so happy to be back in the Northwest and have enjoyed putting down roots in Sonoma County. I started working at Kaiser, Santa Rosa, in September of 2009. I have enjoyed meeting new people and working with my patients with regards to their health. I chose to work at Kaiser because I agree with Kaiser's philosophy on health and wellness. Kaiser has numerous resources available and is a recognized leader in providing quality medical care. I want patients to THRIVE and be healthy both physically and emotionally. In Family Medicine I am able to get to know the person and the family that I serve. I am privileged to see who they are, the human connections they make and the growth they make as they progress down life's road.

More details about my specialty: I chose Family Medicine because I enjoy seeing people of all ages and getting to know, not only individuals, but entire families. Practicing Family Medicine allows me great opportunities in providing comprehensive care. I especially enjoy taking care of children and adolescents. I look forward to working with you in partnership and building a trusting relationship. Interests
I have enjoyed running several races and half-marathons. My goal is to run a full marathon and my challenge has been to find adequate time to train. I am looking forward to achieving this goal with great anticipation. I play on several soccer teams, both indoor and outdoor. Family & Friends
People in my life: I grew up as the eldest of 2 children in the East Bay Area. Both my parents still live there. My younger sister also lives in California. We are a close family and see each other often. I am married to a wonderful husband. We met in College at UC Davis. We enjoy many identical interests including traveling, backpacking, soccer, and basketball. We enjoy experiencing new places and sharing in sports and life's opportunities. My children and people I care about: We are looking forward to extending our family in the future.	Life

Travel
An adventure I've had: Backpacking with my husband in the Denali National Park, Alaska. It is a vast, rugged and beautiful land. We saw Grizzley, Moose, Mountainsheep and stunning views. Favorite place in the world: Santorini, Greece and Hawaii. Both with almost undescribable beauty. One of my recent trips: My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend several weeks in Europe this year. We were able to see the sights in France, Belgium and Italy. My favorite part was meeting with extended family members in the Liguria region of Italy. We had lunch with them in the very home my husband's great grandfather was born in!
